Delivery Policies
All our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Indiana using USPS.
In most cases, orders will be shipped on the same day as they are received
or a day or so later. In some cases we are subjected to delays beyond
our control which result in unforseen delays. We naturally endevour to
keep this to an absolute minimum, however, should this occur, we will
keep you constantly informed on the status of your order.
International Orders
From our depot in Indiana, we will ship to all of North America and
Canada and the UK. Please contact us for a shipping rate to your country.
Online Security and Payment System
All sensitive information is collected on a secure server and processed
by our payment gateway partners bucks.net. Bucks.net are approved payment
processors and are authorized to collect credit card payments on our behalf
by our bank, Barclays. All transactions are performed in US dollars. All
payments are made to BCW Office Products limited which is the owner and
operater of BCW Craft. The secure payment page will reflect this and your
credit card statement will show as BCW Office Products.
For your added peace of mind, NO credit card numbers are stored and we
have no access to them after payment has been made.
Returns Procedure
Your have the right to cancel your order for any reason providing
it is not more than 7 days after delivery. Items returned to us must be
in the original packaging and completely undamaged. Returned items will
incur a 10% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns after this 7 day period unless there is a genuine
fault with the item. Again, goods must be returned in the correct packaging
and undamaged.
